Purchase of Real Property; 126 Niles Avenue Dear Members of the Board of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, As you know, on November 17, 1989, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission adopted Resolution 899 declaring its intent to purchase from the City of South Bend real estate commonly known as 126 Niles Avenue, South Bend, Indiana and appropriating $14,020 for that purpose. On December 11, 1989, the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana adopted Resolution 89-45 authorizing the sale of that real estate to the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. Enclosed herewith is the deed to the real estate in question. You are hereby requested to tender upon receipt of this deed, a check in the amount of $14,020.00, made payable to the City of South Bend, as payment in full.
