Some time ago, Mel Humphrey had asked that I obtain a fully executed Clerk's Deed for property owned by Florence Kirchheimer. Apparently this had been an old annexation case and Mel had a Clerk's Deed which was not fully completed. He was concerned that prior to the City investing more funds and improvement of the area that a fully executed Clerk's Deed be obtained. Also, it appeared to be obvious (from tax records) that the property had not previously been transferred to the City and entered onto our records as owners. Please record this Deed with both the County Record's Office and City Auditor. Thank you in advance for your time and cooperation. MLD/tk/memos Attachment cc: Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer
