RELEASE OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the Civil City of South Bend, by and through its
Board of Public Works, has obtained an easement for storm drainage
and sewage for the tract or parcel of land situated in the County
,;- 1``�' of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, briefly described as follows:

That portion of Lot Numbered One (1) as shown on
the recorded Plat of Mill Race Subdivision in the
City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph
County, Indiana.
WHEREAS, a copy of said easement was recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County on December 3, 1985 and
bears Instrument No. 8527030 falling within vacated streets and
alleys; and
WHEREAS, the City of South Bend no longer has any need for
the easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Civil City of
South Bend, by and through its Board of Public Works, hereby
releases and terminates all rights and interest in said easement
and the utilities will be abandoned in place.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the members of the Board of Public
Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana hereto set their hands and

Hydraulic Drive and Sycamore Street which you asked me to draft per
your memo dated February 16, 1989.
