Considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Real
Estate in St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana, described as

PARCEL I: A portion of a pedestrian walkway 22.00 feet in
width over and above that portion of St. Joseph Street
(U.S. 33) adjoining Lot 3 of the River Bend Addition to the
City of South Bend, Indiana as recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana in Plat Book 31, Page
"R", more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 3 (West R/W
line of St. Joseph St.) which is North 0°25' 1 1" West, 21.82
feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence North
89°34149" East, 85.00 feet to the East R/W line of St. Joseph
St.; thence North 0025'11" West, 22.00 feet along said East
R/W line; thence South 89°34'49" West, 85.00 feet to the West
R/W line of St. Joseph St. ( East line of Lot 3) ; thence South
0°25'11" East, 22.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; the
bottom plane of the vertical space contained herein shall be
elevation 720.33 feet (USGS Datum); and the top plane of the
vertical space herein shall be elevation 746.50 feet; and
