DAVID BEHR THE HOLLADAY CORPORATION 100 East Wayne Street South Bend, Indiana 46601 Dear Mr. Behr: This is to confirm our conversation of this date that the Board of Public Works did, at their meeting held on June 13, 1988, approve and execute a Release of Easement as it relates to storm drainage for the vacated portion of an east/west alley within the parcel of land described as follows: The first east/west alley north of Navarre Street from Michigan Street east approximately 165 feet to the first north/south alley west of St. Joseph Street. As I indicated to you in our conversation., the Board of Public Works will handle the recording of this Release of Easement with the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office. WHEREAS, the City of South Bend no longer has any need for the easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Civil City of South Bend, by and through its Board of Public Works, hereby releases and terminates all rights and interest in said storm drainage easement.
