On September 10, 1984, the Board signed and approved the request of The Holladay Corporation for a waiver of rights and easements retained by the City on water, sewer, and drainage on streets and alleys vacated by Redevelopment on Lot Numbered Seven (7). As I recall, at the time, Carolyn was not pleased with the form drawn up by The Holladay Corporation and was going to prepare an Easement that would be appropriate for "recording."
