The Industrial Foundation has agreed to dedicate a 20' wide easement from Kenmore Street east to a 15 acre parcel we are developing on Bendix Drive known as Bendix Park. We will submit to the Area Plan Commission a sub- division plan for Bendix Park showing lots and additional utility easements. During 1988 we then plan to construct the sanitary sewer from Kenmore Street to Bendix Drive through these easements according to City standards. For these reasons, we are hereby requesting that the Board of Public Works accept the dedication of this 20' wide easement. Sincerely, David B. Behr 1.. Please reply to: P.O. The real estate shall be used for sanitary sewers and/or drainage to serve adjacent properties. No permanent or other structures are to be erected or maintained upon said easement.
