CLERK'S DEED
Marilyn Rzeszewski, Clerk of the St. Joseph County, Indiana,
Circuit Court, pursuant to the proceedings had in the case of the
City of South Bend, on behalf of its Department of Public Works v.
Robert and Jane Jaronik, in Cause No. N-281, in said Court, effective
as of April 13, 1982, do hereby convey to the City of South Bend, on
behalf of its Department of Public Works in the fee simple title to
the following described real estate located in St. Joseph County,
Indiana:
A tract of land being a part of the Northeast One
Quarter (1/4), of the Northeast One Quarter (1/4)
of Section 15, Township 37 North, Range 2 East,

St. Joseph County, Indiana. Also being known as
the North 13.25 feet of a parcel of land deeded to
Robert P. Jaronik and Jane A. Jaronik, as recorded
h in the Office of the Recorder of St. Jose

more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of Sample

Street 16.5 feet South and 295.2 feet West from
the Northeast Corner of said Section 15, thence
West along the South line of said Sample Street a
distance of 45.00 feet; thence South 13.25 feet;..-•:=
thence East 45.00 feet parallel to the South line-_
