in the State of Indiana , described as follows:
A part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section
Twenty-two (22) , Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Two
(2) East, in the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County,
Indiana, described as follows :
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Quarter Section;
thence Easterly 152.90 feet along the South line of said
Quarter Section to the Southwest corner of the Owner's land;
thence Northerly 2,345.96 feet along the West line of said
Owner's land to the Southeastern boundary of Prairie Avenue
(S.R. 23) and the Point of Beginning of this description
(which point is 30.00 feet (measured at right angles) from
the centerline of said Prairie Avenue); thence Northeasterly
173.57 feet along the Southeastern boundary of said Prairie
Avenue; thence Southwesterly 179.21 feet to the West line of
the Owner's land; thence Northerly 11.35 feet along said West
line to the point of beginning and being a part of Lots
Numbered Twenty (20), Twenty-one (21), Twenty --two (22) and
Twenty --three (23) as shown on the recorded Plat of J. Elmer
Peak first Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana,
recorded July 11, 1924 in Plat Book 11, page 164.
