Of St. Joseph County in the State of Indiana
their heirs and assigns for the sum of one Dollar ($1.00 )
and other valuable considerations
the following REAL ESTATE situate in St. Joseph County, in the
State of Indiana , to -wit:
TEMPORARY RIGHT OF WAY
The East 5 feet of the following described real estate:
Part of the East One Half (E 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE
1/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range
Three (3) East, described as beginning at a point Two Hundred
Seventy (270) feet South of the intersection of the West line
of Logan Street with the South line of Jefferson Boulevard, thence
running West One Hundred Thirty-three (133) feet; thence South
Forty (40) feet; thence East One Hundred Thirty-three (133) feet;
thence North Forty (40) feet to the place of beginning, known
as Lot Numbered Seven (7) in a proposed Addition to Logan Heights
(the foregoing portion of this description beginning with the
words "Part of the East One Half" is quoted from the Deed Record:=
791, page 582, dated 9/6/74), in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph
County, Indiana.
Said East 5 feet contains 200 square feet, more or less, and lies
West of and adjoining to the existing west boundary of Logan Street.
Said temporary right of way shall cease upon completion of the
Hickory Road Widening, Project M-S091 (01), but no later than
