The East 10 feet of the following described real estate:
A lot or parcel of land in the East Half of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 8, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, described
as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point 310 feet South of
the intersection of the West line of Logan Street with the
South line of Jefferson Boulevard; thence running West 133
feet; thence South 40 feet; thence East 133 feet; thence North
40 feet to the place of beginning, to be hereafter known as

Lot Numbered Eight (8) in a proposed Addition to Logan Heights,
in the City of South Bend, (the foregoing portion of this
description, beginning with the words "A lot or parcel" is
quoted from Deed Record 805, page 56, dated 7/22/75.), St.
Joseph County, Indiana.
Said East 10 feet contains 400 square feet, more or less,
and lies West of and adjoining to the existing west boundary
of Logan Street.
Said temporary right of way shall cease upon completion of
