its heirs and assigns for the sum of one Dollar ($1.00 )
and other valuable considerations
the following REAL ESTATE situate in St. Joseph County, in the
State of Indiana , to -wit:
TEMPORARY RIGHT OF WAY
The East 10 feet of Lots 112, 113, 114 and Lot F in Riverdale's
Second Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, the plat
of which is recorded in Plat Book 9, page 148, in the Office
of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana. Containing
1,525 square feet, more or less. Said East 10 feet lies West
of and adjoining to the existing west boundary of Logan Street.
Said temporary right of way shall cease upon completion of
the Hickory Road Widening, Project M-S091 (01), but no later
than J --�-1-- F,Q .
