State of Indiana , to -wit:
PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY
The East 10 feet of Lot 13 in Murphy First Addition to the City
of South Bend, Indiana, the plat of which is recorded in Plat
Book 17, page M, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph
County, Indiana. Containing 550 square feet, more or less. Said
East 10 feet lies West of and adjoining the existing west boundary
of Hickory Road.
PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY
The East 10 feet of Lot 11 in Murphy First Addition to the City
of South Bend, Indiana, the plat of which is recorded in Plat
Book 17, page M, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph
County, Indiana. Contains 550 square feet, more or less. Said
East 10 feet lies West of and adjoining to the existing west
boundary of Hickory Road.
PERMANENT RIGHT OF WAY
A part of Lot 10 Murphy First Addition to the City of South
Bend, Indiana, the plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 17,
page M, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County,
Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said lot; thence Southerly
150.00 feet along the east line of said lot to the southeast
corner of said lot; thence Westerly 10.00 feet along the south
line of said lot; thence Notherly 137.10 feet parallel with
the east line of said lot to a point 12.90 feet Southerly
(measured at right angles) from the north line of said lot;
thence Northwesterly 19.38 feet to the north line of said lot;
thence Easterly 24.57 feet along the north line of said lot
to the point of beginning and containing 1,595 square feet,
more or less.
TEMPORARY RIGHT OF WAY
The West 5 feet of the East 15 feet of Lot 11 in Murphy First
Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, the plat of which
is recorded in Plat Book 17, page M, in the Office of the Recorder
of St. Joseph County, Indiana. Containing 275 square feet,
more or less.

Beginning on the south line of said lot at a point 10.00 feet
Westerly from the southeast corner of said lot; thence continuing
Westerly 10.00 feet along the south line of said lot; thence
Northerly 145.96 feet parallel with the east line of said lot
to a point 4.04 feet Southerly (measured at right angles) from
the north line of said lot; thence Southeasterly 13.31 .feet
to a point 13.00 feet Southerly (measured at right angles) from
the north line of said lot, and 10.00 feet Westerly (measured
at right angles) from the east line of said lot; thence Southerly
137.10 feet parallel with the east line of said lot to the point
of beginning and containing 1,414 square feet, more or less.
