Road and the point of beginning of this description, which
point is the northeast corner of the Owners' land; then
Southerly 82.50 feet along the west boundary of Hickory Road
to the southeast corner of the Owners' land; thence Westerly

Northerly 82.50 feet to the north line of the Owners' land;
