Lots Numbered Thirty-two (32) through Thirty-nine (39),
inclusive, as shown on the recorded Plat of William S.
Vail's Addition to the City of South Bend, together with
the vacated alley lying between said Lots Numbered
Thirty-five (35) and Thirty-six (36).
All of Lot Numbered Seventy-two (72) and the South one-half
of Lot Numbered Seventy-one (71) as shown on the recorded
Plat of Samuel Martin's Addition to the City of South Bend,
together with the vacated alley lying West and adjacent
thereto.
Vacated Franklin Street lying between Monroe Street and
South Street in the City of South Bend.
