St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, being the owners of the
hereinafter described real estate within the City of South Bend,
Indiana, hereby grant, dedicate and convey to the City of South
Bend, in perpetuity, for itself and the general public, for
use as a public right-of-way a parcel of land located in the
City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot 139
in Sunnymede 1st addition to the City of South
Bend Indiana, which point is 37.7 feet west of the
south east corner of said lot 139 thence North-
westerly a distance of 7 feet more or less to a
point on a line parallel to and 5 feet north of
(measured perpendicular from) the south line of said
lot which point is 10 feet east of the west line
of said lot, thence west along above described
parallel line a distance of 10 feet to the west
line of said lot thence south-easterly and east
along south line of said lot to the point of
beginning (containing 50 square feet more or less).
