THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that P. JAMES SCHEETZ, and M.
MARIA SCHEETZ, husband and wife, of St. Joseph County, Indiana,
("Grantors") hereby GRANT AND CONVEY to the CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA, a municipal corporation, ("Grantee") in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, a perpetual easement for
sewers and sewer lines in, over, and along a strip of land in St.
Joseph County, Indiana, described as follows:
All of the Westerly fifteen (15) feet of
Lot Numbered Three (3) as shown on the
recorded Plat of Landmark Business Park,
Section Three (3), recorded April 18, 1985
in the Office of Recorder of St. Joseph County,
Indiana, as Instrument No. 8506870.
Together with the right to erect, lay, construct, inspect,
repair, remove or replace such sewers and sewer lines in said
strip, and the right of access for said purposes over the
adjoining and abutting land of the grantors.
This grant of easement is made by grantors in fulfillment of the
terms of grantors' contract for purchase of the subject real
estate with North Central Indiana Development Partnership dated
May 15, 1985.
IN WITNESS WH EOF, Grantors have executed this Easement on
this 1j-.� day of 1986.
