After discussing the lease between the City of South
Bend and Youth Facilities, Inc., we have concluded that your
interpretation of the lease is accurate and that the City of
South Bend is entitled to receive a deed for the 2222 Lincoln Way
West property, having paid the entire rental amount for the five
year term of the lease, resulting in the mortgage being completely
paid.
The deed is enclosed with this letter and is sent to you
in full compliance with paragraph 17 of the Lease Purchase Agree-
ment between Youth Facilities, Inc. and the Civil City of South
Bend dated November 25, 1980.
It has been a pleasure for Youth Facilities, Inc. to
provide this service to the City of South Bend and the Youth
Service Bureau. We are hopeful that the Youth Service Bureau
may continue to use this building for its valuable services to
the community.

Bruce Bancroft to Mike Vance which explains the transaction somewhat

the agenda for the next Board of Works Meeting. After the deed has
been accepted, it should be recorded.
