DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
NUMAN AMOURI, of St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, being
the owner of the hereinafter described real estate within the
City of South Bend, Indiana, hereby grants, dedicates and
conveys to the City of South Bend, in perpetuity, for itself
and the general public, for all purposes including use as a
public right-of-way a parcel of land located at the Southeast
corner of Portage Avenue and the Indiana Toll Road, in the
Northwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 27, Township 38 North,
Range 2 East, commonly known as the East right-of-way of
Portage Avenue, and described as .follows:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27,
T. 38 N. R. 2 E., German Township, St. Joseph
County, Indiana, which is more particulary described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East Line of the Northwest
Quarter, which is South 00' 00' 00" East (assumed
bearing) a distance of 1120,37 ft. from the Northeast
Corner of the Northwest Quarter of said section; thence
continuing South along said East Line a distance of
62.23 ft. to a point on the existing right-of-way line
of Portage Avenue; thence North 23°41'13" West along
said existing right-of-way line of Portage Avenue a
distance of 451.54 ft. to a point; thence North 17°58'51"
West a distance of 251.44 ft. to a point that is 55.00 Ft.
Northeast of the centerline of said Portage Avenue; thence
South 23°41'13" East and parallel with the centerline of
said Portage Avenue a distance of 644.76 Ft. to the point
of beginning. Containing 0.3146 Acres more or less.
