A parcel of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 19, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, Portage Township, City of
South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the South line of said Section 19, a
distance of 355.00 feet South 69-59'-15" East of the Southwest corner
of said Southwest Quarter, said beginning point being the Southwest
corner of Lot 43 as shown on the Plat of Erskine Manor, Section 4 as
recorded in the office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana
as document numbered 8402872; thence North 0-00'-45" East along the
West line of said Lot 43, a distance of 130.00 Meet to the plate of
beginning for this description; thence North 50-28'-08" West a
distance of 162.28 feet; thence North 0-00'-45" East a distance of

Commencing at a point on the North -South centerline of said
Section 19, a distance of 235.00 feet South 0-15'-34' East of the
Northeast corner of the plat of Erskine Manor Section One as recorded
in the office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana as
document numbered 6022525, said point of commencing being the
Southeasterly corner of Lot 15 in said plat; thence South 59-54'-14"
