SUBJECT; IVY ROAD DEDICATION
Attached is a dedication of public right-of-way of the
east one-half' of- Ivy Road between South Bend Avenue and Angela.
'lease put acceptance of same on the Board of Works agenda for
the July 2 meeting. After it has been accepted by the Board and
file stamped you can send the copy to Mr. Joseph Catanzarite,
1314 Cantondale Lane, Mishawaka, Indiana 46544. Also, forward
a copy to me for my file.
I expect to be receiving a dedication for the west
one-half of that portion of Ivy Road from Notre Dame in the near
future and will forward it to you as soon as it arrives. Be sure
that both dedications are recorded in the County Recorder's Office
after they have been accepted by the Board.
