DEDICATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AS SERVICE DRIVE
AND PERMANENT EASEMENT
The South Bend Public Transportation Corporation hereby grants
the City of South Bend by and through its Board of Public Works
-eby accepts the following easement:
The South Bend Public Transportation Corporation., being the
holder of the title to the following described property, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other
good and valuable consideration, the receint and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, dedicates and conveys unto the
City of South Bend, in perpetuity, for itself and the general public,
suEject_ozly to covenants, easements and restrictions of record, the
fo` owing parcels for use as a public right-of-way for a service

e - Parcel One
► w `_3 The east 21 feet of Lots 31, 32, 33 and 34 of the original
plat of the Town (now City) of South Bend, St. Joseph County;
Indiana, together with all that part of a 14-foot wide alley
lying between said Lots 33 and 34, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 31; thence West
on and along the south line of said Lot 31 a distance of
21.0 feet; thence North a distance of 278.51 feet to a point
on the north line of said Lot 34 that is 21.0 feet west of the
northeast corner of said Lot 34; thence East on and along said
north line a distance of 21.0 feet to the northeast corner of
said Lot 34; thence South on and along the east lines of said
Lots 34, 33, 32 and 31 a distance of 278.5 feet to the point
of beginning.
Parcel Two:
A part of Lot 34 of the original plat of the Town (now City)
of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and more particu-
larly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 34, thence East
and on and along the north line of said Lot 34 to a point
that is 21.0 feet west of the northeast corner of said Lot
34, thence. South a distance of 50.0 feet parallel to the East
line of said Lot 34, thence deflecting right 1200 from the
prolongation of the preceding course for a distance of 44.0
feet, thence deflecting left 300 from the prolongation of
the preceding course for a distance of 106.62 feet parallel
to the south line of said Lot 34, thence north on and along
the West line of said Lot 34 a distance of 28.0 feet to the
point of beginning.
Said tract contains 4472 square feet (0.103 acre).
