The project covers sitework to be performed at the former Salvation Army building located at 510 S. Main Street. Two bids were received, with a summary of the Base Bids as follows: Panzica Building Corporation: $621,200 Larson Danielson Construction Co.: $625,898.27 The budget, as allocated by the City’s Redevelopment Commission, is $475,000. As such, both bids must be rejected as over budget. The developer will rescope a smaller bid package. A request to re-advertise for bids is also included herein.
