SPECIAL EVENTS COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
October 9, 2024, 1:00 PM

Members present: Brad Rohrscheib, Kyle Ludlow, Coby Deal, Derek Erquhart
Members absent: Amy Roush
1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 1:06 PM by Mr Rohrscheib.
2. Approval of minutes
Upon a motion by Mr Rohrscheib and seconded by Kyle Ludlow, the minutes from the previous
meeting held on September 25, 2024 were approved unanimously.
3. Approval of Special Event Permits
3a. Annual Halloween Party-October 27 2024
The members present discussed the closure of Maniutou Place between Forest & Park to
accommodate this block party. Mr Deal wanted to look at the letter signed by neighbors
affected by the closure but otherwise the application was in order and the committee had
no concerns associated with the event.
Upon a motion by Mr Rohrscheib and seconded by Mr Ludlow, the permit Annual Halloween
Party was approved unanimously.

6. Adjournment
With no additional business to discuss, Mr Rohrscheib motioned for adjournment, and Mr
Ludlow seconded. The meeting concluded at 1:10 PM.
