VETERAN’S DAY COMMON COUNCIL MEETING DATE CHANGE TO WEDNESDAY,
NOVEMBER 13, 2024
City Clerk Bianca Tirado announces the South Bend Common Council meeting originally
scheduled for Monday, November 11th, 2024, has been rescheduled in observance of Veteran’s
Day to Wednesday, November 13th, 2024.
Despite the change in meeting date, we want to emphasize that the filing deadline of November
6th, 2024, will remain unchanged. The agendas for the Committee meetings and the full Common
Council meeting will be distributed by the usual means.
The South Bend Common Council and Clerk Tirado would like to thank all Veterans in our
community who have put themselves in harm’s way to protect our great country. Veteran’s Day
is a day for our country to come together to remember and honor all Veterans and their loved
