Original Plat of South Bend, St. Joseph County, South Bend,
Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at the Northwest corner of said Lot 165; thence Easterly
along the North line of said Lot 165 a distance of 34.95
feet; thence Southwesterly along a curve to the left, with
a radius of 328.10 feet a distance of 71.20 feet to a point
on the South line of said Lot 165 and 8.52 feet East of the
Southwest corner of said Lot 165; thence Westerly along the
South line of Lot 165 a distance of 8.52 feet to the West
line of said Lot 165; thence Northerly along the West line
of said Lot 165 a distance of 66.00 feet to the place of
beginning. All in the Southwest One -Quarter (1/4), Section
One (1), Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Two (2)
East, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana.
