Beginning at a point on the West line of said Southwest
Quarter 700.00 feet North of the Southwest Corner thereof;
thence North 89 degrees 37 minutes 07 seconds East 318.81 feet;
thence South 38 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 41.14 feet;
thence South 89 degrees 37 minutes 07 seconds West 344.10 feet
to the West line of said Southwest Quarter and centerline of
