A strip of land 28' in width, lying
14' on eithar side of a centerline;
described as follows: (SEE EASEMENT)
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
This Indenture Witnesseth, That LaSalle Square Associates,
an Indiana general partnership, of Marion County, Indiana (herein-
after called "Grantor") hereby grants and conveys to the civil
City of South Bend, Indiana, a municipal corporation (herein-
after called "Grantee"), for and in consideration of One Dollar
($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which

right-of-way for the purposes of constructing, maintaining,

installing, repairing and replacing sanitary sewers on and
along a strip of land situated in the City of South Bend, StE
Joseph County, State of Indiana, more particularly described
in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Together with the right to construct, maintain, install,
repair and replace such sanitary sewers on or along said strip,
and the right of access for said purposes over adjoining and
abutting land of the Grantor.
By acceptance of this grant of easement, Grantee hereby
releases and discharges any and all easements heretofore
granted to Grantee with respect to a certain tract of real
estate located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County,
State of Indiana, and more particularly described in Exhibit
B, attached hereto and incorporated herein.

A strip of land 28 feet in width, lying 14 feet on either side
of a centerline, described as follows:
A part of Elestchester Second Unit, an addition to the City of
South Bend, Indiana, recorded in Plat Book 13, pages 68 and 69
in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana.
Beginning at a point on the l•lest line of Bendix Drive 335.4
feet North of the Northwest intersection of Prast Boulevard
and Bendix Drive; thence North 50°09' Vest, a distance of 357.8
feet to a point; thence North 0°00' East, a distance of 451 feet
to the South line of Ardmore Trail.
