Blankenbaker) A strip of land 28' in width, lying 14' on eithar side of a centerline; described as follows: (SEE EASEMENT) SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT This Indenture Witnesseth, That LaSalle Square Associates, an Indiana general partnership, of Marion County, Indiana (herein- after called "Grantor") hereby grants and conveys to the civil City of South Bend, Indiana, a municipal corporation (herein- after called "Grantee"), for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which 1S herc}bv atcknawlcagc­o , EL p�rrnunon C non-C.xC.'L uSi % c c,=........ c i! right-of-way for the purposes of constructing, maintaining, I installing, repairing and replacing sanitary sewers on and along a strip of land situated in the City of South Bend, StE Joseph County, State of Indiana, more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein. Together with the right to construct, maintain, install, repair and replace such sanitary sewers on or along said strip, and the right of access for said purposes over adjoining and abutting land of the Grantor. By acceptance of this grant of easement, Grantee hereby releases and discharges any and all easements heretofore granted to Grantee with respect to a certain tract of real estate located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, and more particularly described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
