line of the first alley next South of and parallel with Pennsylvania Avenue,
which alley is an extension West of the first alley South of Pennsylvania
Avenue in Wenger's Sixth Addition and in line with said alley; thence West
on the North line of said alley Thirty-nine (39) feet; thence North to the
South line of Pennsylvania Avenue; thence East Thirty-nine (39) feet to the
