described as follows, viz: Beginning at the westerly
corner of said lot running thence North Thirty-nine
and one-half (39 112) degrees East with the South-
easterly line of Oak St. Sixty-six (66) feet; thence
Southeasterly Thirty --eight and Forty-five Hundredths
(38.45) feet to a point Fifty-three (53) feet from
the Easterly line of LaPorte Ave., thence South
Thirty-nine and one-half (39 112) degrees West
parallel with Oak St., Fifty-three (53) feet, thence
North Thirty-seven and one-half (37 112) degrees
