The Redevelopment Commission met in Executive Session on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at
10:08 a.m. to discuss strategy with respect to the purchase or lease of real property by the
Redevelopment Commission up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed
by the partes, as authorized by Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(D) and to discuss strategy with
respect to initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened
specifically in writing as authorized by Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B).
Commissioners Dave Relos, Vivian Sallie, Eli Wax, and Leslie Wesley appeared in person. Troy
Warner was absent. Commission attorney Danielle Campbell Weiss, Executive Director of
Community Investment Caleb Bauer, Deputy Director of Community Investment Sarah Schaefer,
Board Secretary Laura Hensley, Director of Growth and Opportunity Erik Glavich, and Assistant
Director of Growth and Opportunity Joseph Molnar also appeared in person. The meeting was
held in the 14th floor DCI conference room, County City Building, 227, W. Jefferson Blvd., South
Bend, Indiana. Those in attendance did not discuss any subject matter other than the subject
matter as specified in the public notice. The meeting was adjourned at 11:06 a.m.
