the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Real Estate in St. Joseph
in the State of Indiana , described as follows:

A tract or parcel of land in the City of South Bend, Indiana,
bounded by a line running as follows: Beginning at a point
in the Southwesterly line of LaPorte Ave. forty (40) feet
Northwest of the Northwest corner of Lot Numbered One Hundred
and 1?ifty-nine (159) in G. W. Swigart's Second Addition
to South Bend, Indiana, and running thence Northwesterly
with the Southerly line of LaPorte Avenue Forty and Nine -
tenths (40.'g) feet more or less, to the Southeasterly
line of Sancome Avenue; thence Southwesterly with said
Avenue Eighty-four and eighteen hundredths (84.18) feet;
thence Southeasterly parallel with Sancome Avenue South
of said lot forty & five -tenths (40-5) feet; thence
Northeasterly Eighty-one and four -tenths (81.4) feet to
the place of beginning.
Subject to all existing real estate taxes, which taxes
Grantee assumes and agrees to satisfy.
