referenced Change Order be decreased by $31,496.51, bringing the revised contract amount to
$2,477,386.51.

Greetings,
The LaSalle Park Improvements project has been completed and the Board previously
approved the project completion affidavit. It was found that there were some unit cost changes
that were not reflected in the close-out documents that resulted in a lower cost. This change
order captures that deduction and makes the contract amount equal to the final cost.
