Upon final acceptance of the improvement by the Engineer, the Contractor’s final estimate will be presented to the Board for final Payment with one (1) copy of the Project Completion Affidavit and one (1) copy of a Waiver of Lien. The scope of work is to pour foundation slabs for three new duplex units from the City’s pre-approved housing construction plans. Quotes were solicited from Tony Ruiz Construction (TRCC LLC), Richard Custom Concrete, and Peddlers Consulting. No quotes were received. In accordance with Indiana State Code, the project was procured in the Open Market. Mike’s Concrete & Construction was solicited to provide a quote and was able to provide an Open Market quote in the amount of $8,320 for each of the three locations. Their quote is complete and responsive, addressing all requirements of the original quote request.
