At its October 8, 2024 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the rejection of all
bids for the above referenced project due to the submitted documentation being incomplete with
the affidavit and bid bond missing, as well as the bid also exceeding the budget for the project.
This project will be readvertised at a later date. Thank you for bidding, and we hope you
bid with us in the future.

On September 24th, 2024, the Board of Public Works opened and read bids for the above
project. One bid was received from Midland Engineering. The board found the
documentation to be incomplete with affidavit and bind bond missing from the folder. The
bid received also exceeded the budget for the project.
The Bid Ranked as follows:

Recommendation – Reject Bid:
The Division of Engineering recommend the Board of Public Works reject this bid.
