The May 6, 1993 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 4:35 p.m.
by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL

Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice President
Mr. Donald Fewell, Secretary
Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director
Mrs. Martha Lantz, Recording Secretary
Mr. dames Riggs, Economic Dev. Specialist
Legal Counsel: Ms. Benny Pitts Manier
2. APPROVAL. OF MLNUTES
a. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Thursday. April 15. 1993.
Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and unanimously carried, the
Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Thursday, April 15, 1993.
3. NEW BUSIlVE.SS
a. Authority approval requested for Addendum I to Contract with Robert F. Kill &
Associates.
Mr. Riggs explained that the Authority contracted with Robert F. Kill & Associates to
design the maintenance facility for the Blackthorn Golf Course. After they designed the
facility, it was decided to locate the building on the west side of the course. Addendum
I to the Contract allows Kill & Associates to be paid $1300 for the additional work
involved in the redesign that was necessary.

Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gammage and unanimously carved, the
Authority approved Addendum I to the Contract with Robert F. Kill & Associates.
4. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
Claims submitted for payment May 6, 1993:

Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and unanimously carried, the
Authority approved the Claims submitted May 6, 1993.
5. NEXT MEETING DATE
The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority is scheduled for May 20, 1993 at
4:30 p.m..

6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Authority, Mr. Fewell made a motion
that the meeting be adjourned. Mr. Gammage seconded the motion and the meeting was
adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
