Sixth Addition to the City of South Bend
This deed is given in lieu of the foreclosure of the mechanic's lien
heretofore filed by O'Neal Trucking Company, Inc. against the Grantee
and which lien was filed on April 20, 1976, in Miscellaneous Record
298, page 80 in the records of the Recorder of St. Joseph County,
Indiana; and further that this deed is given in full and complete
satisfaction of said mechanic's lien.
Grantor warrants that no Indiana Gross Income Tax is due or payable
with respect to the transfer of the above described real estate.
