Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 33, thence East along the
South line of Section 33, a distance of 1105 feat thence North parallel with
the West line of Section 33, a distance of 428, 31 feet to the point of beginning
of this description; thence East parallel with the South line of Section 33, a
distance of 198. 45 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of Section 33,
a distance of 30 feet; thence Northwesterly to the point of beginning.
