The April 15, 1993® Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority
was called to order at 4:37 p.m. by its President, Joseph
Wroblewski. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Mr. Joseph Wroblewskie President
Mr. Donald K. Fewell, Secretary
Members Absent: Mr. Andre Gammage, Vice-President
Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director
Mrs. Martha Lantz, Recording Secretary
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski
and unanimously carried, the Authority approved the
Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thursday, April 8, 1993.
3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
AIRPORT TAX EXEMPT PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
North American Golf $ 3,384.45

TOTAL AIRPORT TAX EXEMPT IMPROVEMENTS $ 118756.59
BLACKTHORN GOLF COURSE
Eckenhoff Saunders Architects $ 1,092.02
Cole Associates, Inc. 7,263.52
TOTAL BLACKTHORN GOLF COURSE $ 8,355.54
Upon a motion by Mr. Wroblewski, seconded by Mr. Fewell and
unanimously carried, the Authority approved the claims
submitted April 15, 1993.

4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the
Rede~relopment Authority, Mr. Fewell made a motion that the
meeting be adjourned, Mr. Wroblewski seconded the motion and
the meeting was adjourned at 4039 p.m.
