tenths (30.7) feet; thence East One Hundred (100)
feet; thence South Thirty & Seven tenths (30.7)
feet to the place of beginning, all in St. Joseph
County, Ind.
Subject to all existing real estate taxes, which
taxes Grantee assumes and agrees to satisfy.
