the recorded plat of Ruckman's Sub -division of Bank Out
Lot Number Seventy-five (75) of the First Plat of Out Lots
of the Town, now City of South Bend, platted by the State
Bank of Indiana.
Subject to all existing real estate taxes, which taxes
Grantee assumes and agrees to satisfy.
This deed is a corrective deed made to correct an error
in the legal description occurring in a deed between the
same Grantor and Grantee dated September 13, 1976 and
recorded September 21, 1976 in Deed Record 822 at Page 430.

DATE: June 20, 1977
In 1948 the City of South Bend accepted a 15 feet wide easement off
Of the entire east side of Lot #3 in RuokmJn/5 Sub of B.O.L. �,,175
located in the 900 block of U. Napier Street for the repair and mainten-
ance of a private sewer- Bz don't have any record or as -built plans
of this sewer.
I propo5e that if and when this property in sold, this easement, and
the perpetual care of the sewer should be voided and all City
responsibilities forsaken.
