shown on the Recorded Plat of Rush's Fourth Addition to
the City of South Bend, bounded by a line running as
follows: Beginning on the West line of Lot Sixty (60),
at a point Twenty-nine and Ninety-one Hundredths (29.91)
feet South of the North West corner of said Lot; thence
East to East line of said Lot Numbered Sixty (60); thence
South Twenty-nine and Ninety-one Hundredths(29.91) feet;
thence West to West line of said Lot Numbered Sixty-one
(61); thence North Twenty-nine and Ninety-one Hundredths
(29.91) feet to the place of beginning.
Subject to all existing real estate taxes, which taxes
