ROUDEBUSH, as Administrator of Veterans' Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, whose address is Veterans Administration, Washington, D. c. 20420, RELEASES AND QUITCLAIMS to the City of South Bend for its use and benefit, for the sum of one dollar and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the following -described property in St. Joseph County, Indiana, to -wit: A lot or parcel of land Fifty (50) feet in length, North and South, taken off of and from the entire length of the North end of Lot Numbered Three Hundred Twenty Six (326) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wenger & Krieghbaum's First Broadway Addition to the City of South Bend. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs, on this 21st day of July, A. D., 1976, has caused this instrument to be signed and sealed in his name and on his behalf by the undersigned Officer, being thereunto duly appointed, qualified, and acting pursuant to Sections 212 and 1820 of Title 38 U.
