Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. is a union contractor. Therefore, all apprenticeship, OJT programs, and training programs are approved by and registered with the USDOL through the union hall(s), and the union hall(s) remain Rieth-Riley's primary source of new applicants.
Once hired, individuals who perform work for Rieth-Riley are appropriately classified as either employees or independent contractors under all applicable state and federal laws and local ordinances.
