Z3 3 Z4 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $390,000.00 BETWEEN ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: The 1984 Corrrrunity Development Block Grant program previously appropriated funds planned for economic development activities to the 1984 Unspecified Local Option fund. This transfer would make funds available for the Economic Development Capital Fund. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Comuon Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. The sum of $390,000.00 is hereby transferred between accounts as set forth below: Reduce the following accounts: Project No. Description Amount Program Year 1984 Unspecified Local Option $390,000.00 Increase the following accounts: Project No. Description Amount CD84 -606.3 Economic Development Capital $390,000.00 Fund A/R Inc. SECTION II. The funds were placed in the 1984 Unspecified Local Option (U.L.O.) Account and the funds were to be appropriated for specific projects at a later date. The attached ordinance would appropriate $390,000 from the 1984 U.L.O. Fund for an industrial attraction project.
