GAMMON Approved and signed by me L4 ig ORDINANCE N0. 731 -X 7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, (CHAPTER 21, MUNICIPAL CODE) (4321 S. MAIN ST.) Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Jospeh County, State of Indiana: A part or portion of the following tract of land; Beginning at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of Section Numbered Twenty Five (25) Township Numbered Thirty Seven (37) North, Range Numbered Two (2) East, thence running North on the West line of said Section a distance of Six Hundred Twenty One (621) feet Five (5) inches, thence East Seven Hundred Twenty One (721) feet to the West Line of the Michigan Road as fenced; thence southwesterly along the westerly line of said road a distance of Six Hundred Twenty Two (622) feet to the middle of an east and west highway, thence West along the middle of said highway Six Hundred Eighty One (681) feet to the place of beginning, containing Ten (10) acres; the part or portion of the above described real estate conveyed is bounded by a line running as follows, vis: Beginning at a point One Hundred Fifty (150) feet West of the Northeast corner of said Ten (10) acre tract above described; thence running southwesterly parallel with the westerly line of Michigan Street a distance of One Hundred (100) feet; thence West One Hundred fifty (150) feet more or less to the Easterly line of Main Street projected southerly; thence Northerly along the easterly line of Main Street, One Hundred (100) feet; thence East One Hundred Fifty (150) feet to the place of beginning, being Lots Numbered Twenty Three (23) and Twenty Four (24) in John A. Byers proposed Addition in Center Township. and the same is hereby established "C" Commercial "A" Height and Area. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the mayor and legal publication.
