NOTICE
The Community/Campus Advisory Coalition (CCAC) will meet on Tuesday,
September 24, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. at the Technology Resource Center, Catalyst 2
Building, 1165 Franklin Street, South Bend, IN 46601. The Committee meeting
will be held by way of a hybrid meeting using Microsoft Teams app. Public access
to the meeting can be granted by this link: https://tinyurl.com/092424CCAC

2024-25 Discussion Topics
A. Campus representatives including 2024-2025 student body leaders

III. For consideration: 2024-2025 Meeting Schedule
A. Fall 2024 Meeting Schedule
Oct. 15 or 29 (fall break 10/19-27) and Nov. 19 or Dec.3
(Thanksgiving Break 11/27-12/1)
B. Spring 2025 meeting dates proposed: Keeping 4th Tuesday of
the month at 3:30 pm | January 28 (classes begin 1/13),
February 25, March 25 (spring break 3/8-16) , April 22
