CITY OF SOUTH BEND
REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION
An executive session of the Redevelopment Commission will be held on Thursday,
September 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (or immediately following the conclusion of the
regularly scheduled Redevelopment Commission meeting) in the Department of
Community Investment Conference Room, 14th Floor, County-City Building, 227
W. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601.
The Redevelopment Commission will meet to discuss strategy with respect to the
purchase or lease of real property by the Redevelopment Commission up to the time a
contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the partes, as authorized by Ind.
Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(D) and to discuss strategy with respect to initiation of
litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing
as authorized by Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B).
