Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Public Works & Property Vacations
Committee meeting at 3:30 p.m.
Bill No. 52-22 -An Ordinance to Vacate Property Located Between GoodPlace and Blyler
Place Commonly Known as Keller Park
Committee Chair Niezgodski advised that the petitioner's attorney, Myra Reid, whom she spoke
to on December 12, 2022, requested that the bill be tabled until the January 9, 2023, meeting.
Committee Member White asked if the bill would still be discussed within the appropriate
timeframe.
Bob Palmer, the Council Attorney, confirmed that it would be.
Committee Member Hamann motioned to table Bill No. 52-22 until the January 9, 2023, meeting,
which was seconded by Committee Member White and carried by a vote of fi ve (5) ayes.

With no further business, Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski adjourned the Committee meeting
