Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Public Works & Property Vacation
Committee meeting at 4:50 p.m.
Bill No. 52-22 -Ordinance for an Alley Street Vacation for Property Located at 1015 Good
Place
Attorney Myra Reid, with offices at 131 S. Taylor Street, South Bend, requested that the Bill be
tabled for the petitioner to request quotes and estimates for alternative solutions to vacate the alley.
Committee member Lori Hamann motioned to table Bill No . 52-22 until December 12, 2022,
seconded by Committee Member Karen White, and carried by a vote of five (5) ayes.
